Payments -- What Do I Do To Get Paid For My Games?

You MUST submit BY MAIL, an AR PAYMENT FORM for EACH AND EVERY Game you officiate.
This form MUST be completed in its entirety (with the possible exception of your LISRA Referee
Number for New ARs) and MAILED within 24 hours of your game per the instructions ON THE FORM.

The AR PAYMENT FORM can be downloaded from 2 places and should be saved on your computer
for the season.

KEEP A COPY OF EVERY AR PAYMENT FORM you mail for the entire season and use them
to verify your payment from LIJSL after the season.  If, in the unlikely event you are not
paid for any game or games you officiated, you MUST re-submit a copy of your AR PAYMENT
Form for that or those games, so it is crucial you SAVE THEM.
